 Established At District Ri-Bhoui in Meghalaya  in 2004 and remained non functional for many years.

Revived by North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation NERAMAC, a PSU under aegis of  Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region ( Mininstry of DoNER)
