It will provide forecast for important tourist places like  

  • Nubra,
  • Changthang, 
  • Pangong Lake,
  • Zaskar,
  • Drass, 
  • Dha-Baima (Arakan Valley),
  • Khalsi among others.
Need: Ladakh region having lofty mountains with high slopes, no vegetation, face various natural hazards like Cloud Burst of 2010, Avalanche, Flash Floods, Glacial Lake Outbursts etc.

Earth's rotational speed

  “Basically a nything that moves mass towards the center of the Earth will speed up the planet’s rotation, much as a spinning ice skater speeds up when they pull in their arms”, explained Ian Sample, science editor of The Guardian.  Tidal friction slows the speed.
